UPDATE: Active Gas Pump Fire at Casey’s General Store in 600 Block of S Business 65 in Branson

Branson, MO (October 31, 2016) – The Branson Fire Department responded to an active gas pump fire at Casey’s General Store this morning located at the 600 block of South Business Highway 65 in Branson.

Firefighters were able to put out the fire in a short amount of time, and traffic was rerouted on Veteran’s Boulevard for approximately 30 minutes between Long Street and Adams Street, including Price Street. Streets have since been reopened allowing flow-through traffic on Business 65 Veterans Boulevard.

This store conducted its last day of business on Sunday, October 30, 2016 and was not open for business at the time of the fire.

Crews are investigating the cause of the fire.
