Please note: Due to the February 29, 2012 tornado that damaged multiple commercial and residential properties in the City of Branson, the Planning & Development Department’s Building Division may possibly be looking for a temporary part-time Building Inspector in the near future. If you are interested in this possible opportunity, you must have 3-5 years of experience as a Building Inspector with current International Code Council certification in Residential and/or Commercial inspections. The 2009 ICC Codes, the 2008 NEC and 2003 ICC/ANSI A117.1 are the currently adopted Building Codes for the City of Branson with very few local amendments. A valid driver’s license is also required, and the individual must pass a criminal background check.
