Budget & Finance Committee

The Budget & Finance Committee review and recommend the operations budget to the board; recommend changes to the city's purchasing and accounting procedures; recommend procedures necessary to ensure the financial health of the city and assume other responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the board.

Scheduled Meetings
Budget & Finance Committee meetings are normally held the 4th Thursday of the month at 2:30 p.m. in the Municipal Courtroom located in City Hall.

Requirements


The Budget & Finance Committee consists of the Mayor, Board of Aldermen, the City Administrator and 2 Members appointed for a 1 year term .  Appointees must be a citizen of the city or associated with a business operating inside the city limits.
