The Planning Division is responsible for helping the community to implement and update its Community Plan 2030. In doing so, they assist community members with their requests for annexation, zoning, special uses, special events, and any other request needing to go before the Board of Aldermen, Planning and Zoning Commission or Board of Adjustment.
The Planning Division also works with landowners, developers, businesses and the Tree Board to encourage landscaping and conservation of our Ozark Mountain beauty through plan review and the enforcement of the Landscape Ordinance. They continue to also work with our neighborhoods in creating a stronger sense of community and communication.
