The event is on Friday, Oct. 27th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. You can set up and decorate your area that day beginning at 2:30pm and must be complete by no later than 5:25pm. A Rain date has been set for Saturday, October 28th.
You will need to man your booth during the event and provide candy. We may have up to 2,000-2,500 kids. We had record-breaking numbers last year and had well over the 2,500 anticipated visitors.
Decorations- Please plan to decorate your area. You will have a designated space on the ball field complex. Your assigned space will be given to you when you arrive. There is no electricity available and remember this is for youth so not too scary please. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
You are welcome to offer a game or activity at your booth.
What to Bring: table(s), chairs, decorations, candy (no homemade items), pop-up tent (if you prefer), signage/banners, bag stuffer such as coupons, business cards, items with your logo etc.
