Elected to the Board of Aldermen in April 2022, Marshall Howden is the Executive Director of the Song of Hope Historical Society.
Alderman Howden is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and moved to the Branson area in 1992. He graduated from Branson High School and attended Grand Canyon University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies. Alderman Howden also performed on stage with his grandfather, Country Music Hall of Famer, Mel Tillis for many years.
Alderman Howden has served on Branson’s Planning and Zoning Commission, the Parks Board, and has served as the Mayor’s Ambassador to the Shows.
He and his wife Kendra love spending time with their three nieces and nephews.
